About the role We are looking for a person who will take on the role of Outbound Team Leader , with the ambition and potential to grow into a Warehouse Manager role in the near future. This position combines hands-on leadership of outbound operations with the opportunity to gradually take on broader responsibilities across the entire warehouse — including planning, data analysis, and process optimization. We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact on operational performance and team development, and ultimately take ownership of the full warehouse operation.
