What You'll Be Doing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all glassware, silverware, china, cookware, and equipment are cleaned to an impeccable standard Follow all WHMIS guidelines and ensure proper usage, storage, and handling of cleaning supplies and chemicals Complete daily cleaning duties as outlined for each shift Operate and clean dishwashing machines and other job-related equipment safely and efficiently Receive deliveries from the loading bay and ensure proper storage and product rotation (FIFO) Maintain sanitation standards across kitchen and storage areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members Report incidents, safety hazards, or equipment issues promptly Support the kit...
