Job description
As part of Event Operations, you will directly support the Physical Channels team in the planning and delivery of global events. This role partners closely with Event Managers and related teams to provide hands ‑ on operational support that enables successful event execution. Event Operations functions as a shared service across Physical Channels, supporting multiple event teams simultaneously. The role focuses on event enablement through tools, budgets, vendors, and operational coordination, helping remove friction so Event Managers can stay focused on audience experience, content, and outcomes. This includes supporting event technology, smaller event ‑ related deliverables, and day ‑ to ‑ day operational needs across the event lifecycle. This role acts as an operational extension of the Event Management team, stepping in where needed to support execution, tools, and processes across multiple events. Event Procurement & PO Support: Actively support Event Managers with purchase order creation, updates, and issue resolution tied to event delivery, working closely with Procurement to ensure timelines and documentation stay on track.
