Job Description The Position: We are looking for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Technical and Functional Analyst who brings end-to-end expertise across configuration, integrations, technical enhancements, and project delivery. The role requires strong hands-on experience with CSOD Galaxy , the ability to manage integrations with HRIS and external platforms, along with effective vendor and stakeholder management skills. You will be the central point of ownership for the LMS platform evolution, ensuring smooth system performance, reliable integrations, and successful delivery of enhancements and HR technology initiatives. Responsibilities: Configure and customize the Cornerstone Galaxy platform including any integrations to and from the platform. Manage workflows, page configurations, permissions, and automation rules. Lead SIT/UAT cycles for enhancements, releases, and new configurations. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain process documentation and configuration control.
