Senior Finance Specialist

Job description

This is a fixed-term maternity cover position. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Specialist to join our Finance team. The person will play a key role in managing accounting, administrative, closing, reporting and treasury activities. The role includes responsibility for monthly and annual closings, management reporting, treasury operations, and the coordination of two administrative/accounting team members. This is a highly operational role within a lean and dynamic environment, offering strong exposure across all areas of Finance and close interaction with management, external advisors, auditors and banking partners. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Closing: - Manage general accounting activities through monthly, interim, and year-end close processes. - Oversee fixed assets accounting and related controls. - Manage the Accounts Receivable cycle. - Manage payroll accounting, including salary postings and reconciliations with the payroll provider. - Support annual and interim statutory financial statements preparation. - Prepare supporting documentation for the notes to the financial statements. - Liaise with tax advisors, payroll providers and external auditors. - Ensu...
