Job description

- Position Summary - Multiple temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant positions available in Music. This position is part of a "pool" of student assistants, working in both day-to-day operations in the music department, and staffing of events Snider Recital Hall. Depending on experience/shifts desired, this can range from setting up of classrooms for rehearsals, to recording, streaming, and archiving of media from events. - Days/Hours - Days and hours vary through semesters. - Start Date - Position available on or after October 1, 2025 and ending on or before May 31, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance. - Job Description/Duties - Duties include but are not limited to: - Setting up and preparing classrooms in the music department for ensemble rehearsals and other classes. - Event staffing, including setup/stagehand duties, ushering, box office sales, and upon qualification, supervision of events in Snider Recital Hall. - Upon qualification, live sound reinforcement, lighting operation, and recording/streaming of audio and video for events in Snider Recital Hall. - Upon qualification, post-production of audio and video fro...
