In this position, you will be a critical point of contact between iT1 Consulting and the rest of the organization, as well as iT1’s customers, in setting up, configuring, and deploying Client assets. Requirements: - Set up and configure computers and peripheral based on the scope of work. - To accurately diagnose, the problem with a malfunctioning PC, Mac, laptop, printer or other peripheral. - Perform quality control on the project assigned. - Every project is different – technician is expected to follow instructions per project. - Respond to order requests and customer emails to assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise.
