Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst – North America supports the Regional Business Development Director and collaborates closely with Business Development Managers, Technical Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers to drive profitable growth across the region. This role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, improving pipeline visibility, strengthening forecast accuracy, and supporting commercial strategy within a global oil and gas services organization. Job Description: - Analyze regional and account-level sales, pricing, and margin data to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards such as pipeline reports, monthly performance packs, and quarterly business review materials. - Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making. - Maintain high-quality CRM data including accounts, opportunities, and customer records. - Consolidate and validate regional sales forecasts in collaboration with Business Development and Key Account Managers. - Monitor pipeline health including coverage, velocity, and win/loss metrics. - Provide analytical support for major bids, MSAs, frame agreements, and pricing reviews. - S...
