We seek a professional irrigation crew with established expertise to work with our team to complete irrigation installs on our residential properties. You will primarily be responsible for delivering the finished product to the satisfaction of the contract specifications, customer expectations, and the Conserva Irrigation franchise. Previous irrigation install experience with residential projects is required, as are strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic and the ability to follow our documented processes. We pay well and have high expectations. Our objective is to partner with a team that can complete installs using their own staff and equipment using materials and designs that we provide.
