As the Equipment Manager in our dynamic Pre-Pack Next Gen department, lead the charge in transforming our packing processes through automation and digitalization. Drive technological advancements that will double our output per square meter, setting new standards in operational excellence! Core Responsibilities: As the Pre pack, equipment manager at the LEGO Group, you will lead efforts to equipment with automation and digitalization, which are crucial for improving efficiency and quality in packing processes. In short for this position –You will be the driver of technology development of existing pre-pack technology that will enable up to 2 X output/m2. Responsibilities: - Work on the bottlenecks, that occur in the pre-pack line, to increase the speed in quality measurement systems, and to improve the filling process of elements into the bag - Elevate the tag time of single process steps - Work with cross-functional team and give input to other part of pre-pack - Drive and make specifications and concreate interface specifications between equipment streams where correlation. - Responsible for own assigned...
