Job Title Assistant to Vice President - University Advancement Department: VP University Advancement: Salary: $59,724 - $74,355; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function: The Assistant to the Vice President is responsible for coordinating the administrative duties of the Office of the Vice President for University Advancement and providing administrative support for the MTSU Foundation (Foundation). Essential duties of the job include: organizing, prioritizing, and setting agendas for the Vice President to manage the division's essential functions; keeping agendas and duties on target; and monitoring progress. Represent the Vice President and/or Division at University events or meetings as required. Maintain, manage, and coordinate the Vice President’s calendar, appointments, correspondence, travel, and meetings. Provide administrative support to the Vice President/MTSU Foundation Executive Director and the MTSU Foundation Board of Trustees, including serving as a primary point of contact for State Audit.
