Sales Manager | Moultrie, GA Role Summary: The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing product mix, and overseeing the commercial operations of our Moultrie, GA plant. You will lead a multi-functional team—spanning sales, design, customer service, and shipping—to ensure we deliver high-quality corrugated solutions while maintaining healthy profit margins. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep roots in the corrugated industry and a proven track record in the agricultural sector. Core Responsibilities: - Strategic Growth: Develop and monitor sales initiatives to hit volume targets; prepare annual sales forecasts and track market trends to adjust equipment and inventory needs. - Financial Oversight: Manage P&L performance for the facility.
