About the Role: Our Small Business Specialists are based in ANZ branches and provide full lending and working capital solutions to new and existing business customers. They also engage existing customers by making outbound calls, to identity and support additional needs. Collaborating with product partners and other team members, Small Business Specialists ensure appropriate lending and working capital solutions are provided to fulfil customer needs.
