Description Greater Nashua Mental Health is looking for a Second Shift Coordinator to join our Emergency Services team! The Coordinator works 2nd shift and weekend shifts to assist the Emergency Services Program Manager in all areas of management of Emergency Services Teams. The Coordinator oversees the 2nd shift operations of the ES team. Supports the hiring, training, and supervision of 2nd shift and weekend ES Clinicians and Crisis Support Specialists. Provides direct face to face crisis intervention contacts in the office, community, and hospital settings. Completes administrative tasks to help maintain and develop the Emergency Services Team. Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversees the general operations of 2nd shift staff, including leading a daily deployment meeting, ensuring routine safety checks and van checks are conducted and documented, ensuring the shift log is continued from 1st shift, and other operational tasks - Provides supervisory support to the Afterhours agency On Call Team and ACT Teams as needed - Provides training, oversight, supervision and performance reviews to 2nd shift and Weekend ES Clinicians, Telehealth-clinician(s), Crisis Support Specialists, and Int...
