Job description

As the Auditor Product Certification – Houston, TX you will be responsible for providing audit services to Certification programs and other NSF clients. As a member of the NSF Product Certification team, auditors are on the front lines of protecting public health and safety by evaluating a product's manufacturing processes to ensure the products comply with specific standards for safety, quality, sustainability and/or performance. Product audit types typically include chemical companies, food equipment manufacturers, drinking water treatment units and filters, pool and spa equipment, and so much more. - Conduct product certification audits and effectively summarize audit findings - Communicate findings/results of audits with client site management or designation representatives - Manage enforcement issues stemming from certification audits - Conduct special visits to investigate product failures and verify the implementation of corrective actions taken by NSF clients - Investigate and resolve complaints - Meet and maintain weekly key performance indicators to ensure successful completion of all assigned work - Develop cost-effective work plans for the completion of all assigned aud...
