Job Description: The primary goal of this position is to lead the digital transformation effort for PDS&T Biologics. The selected individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive data and digital strategy. This role involves establishing and leading a Center of Excellence (COE) for digital transformation and ML/AI capabilities within PDS&T biologics. The COE, which includes representatives from each functional group, will cater to the needs of scientists and work to develop a data systems architecture foundational for knowledge management, advanced data analytics, and predictive modeling.
