About the Role: As a Kids’ Club Staff Member, you will create a caring and safe space for our youngest participants in the Kids' Club drop-in babysitting room. Your role is to engage children in play-based and curriculum-based activities, ensuring they have a fun and enriching experience while their parents utilize the Y’s facilities. You'll also foster positive relationships with members, guests, and children, greeting them by name and making them feel welcome each time they visit.
