Job Summary: The Peer Counselor position works with peers to provide support through education, resources, and community integration, promoting the recovery process. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions: -Works with multidisciplinary staff to assist individuals with vocational, social, and life skills on-site and in the community. -Meets one-on-one with members to provide support around members’ mental health recovery process while setting appropriate limits and professional boundaries. -Receives one-on-one every week from program supervisory staff to provide guidance and support to the peer counselor as he/she interfaces with members. -Par...
