Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Central Materials Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, KY! This role oversees critical aspects of supply chain operations within the healthcare facility, focusing on ERP utilization, customer service, inventory management, and fiscal responsibilities. This role requires extensive ERP systems knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties: Has in-depth knowledge of ERP system processes within own area. Provides direction in discussing and creating development plans with Materials Operations Manager, based on knowledge and expertise with clinical departments. Resolves day-to-day or routine problems using defined processes. Provides input into succession planning process for own work area. Works/brainstorms with work team and provides suggestions for solutions that contain the appropriate level of risk; ensures work team understands and supports the focus on operational excellence.
