Registration Specialist – Primary Care (Onsite) Location: IU Health West Hospital – Primary Care Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shift: - Must be flexible to start between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM - Onsite position Position Overview: The Registration Specialist supports primary care operations by providing exceptional customer service and facilitating patient flow from arrival through departure. This role ensures accurate patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and communication while working closely with patients, providers, nursing staff, MAs, and clinic leadership.
