Building a sustainable tomorrow To support BAM in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality building maintenance services across client sites. The Apprentice HVAC Engineer will assist in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, in line with SFG20 standards, statutory compliance, and BAM operational procedures, while completing a structured apprenticeship programme. Making Possible: Maintenance Delivery: Compliance & Safe Systems of Work - Support the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with SFG20 and BAM maintenance regimes - Assist in reactive repairs and fault finding on HVAC systems - Work on a range of equipment including: Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Split, VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, Ventilation and extract systems - Carry out basic tasks such as: Filter replacements, Belt changes, Cleaning and inspections, Lubrication and general servicing - Comply fully with BAM HSE policies, procedures, and behavioural safety standards - Work under the guidance of Authorised and Competent Persons - Follow Permit to Work (PTW) and isolation procedures where applicable - Support compliance with: SFG20 maintenance standards a...
