Have full authority for the contractor and all contractor employees on all matters relating to daily operation of the contract. If on leave or off station, designate an alternate who is on station and who can assume Site Manager duties. Ensure all student education and training is conducted in accordance with USAF EOS-established policies and procedures. Ensure and facilitate instructor training, qualification, currency, and instructor evaluations are conducted in accordance with EOS-established policies and procedures.
