This position advances the institution’s mission of delivering high-quality technical education and workforce development by promoting student achievement, cultivating strong industry partnerships, and engaging the surrounding community. The Director functions as the on-site administrator for the campus and serves as TCAT Shelbyville’s representative to local businesses, civic organizations, and educational institutions. Additional responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts for non-traditional students, managing the campus’ social media presence and press communications, supporting institution-wide marketing strategies, and overseeing the planning and execution of college events.
