USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Plymouth State University seeks a dynamic, motivated, and student-centered individual to serve as the Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving Coach. This part-time position is responsible for leading all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III swimming and diving program, with a strong emphasis on student-athlete development, academic success, and sportsmanship. Duties/Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct all phases of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs Develop and implement effective training programs, practice plans, and competition strategies Recruit, evaluate, and retain qualified student-athletes who align with the university’s academic and athletic standards Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and personal growth Monitor academic progress and support student-athlete success in the classroom Manage program budgets and equipment: Ensure compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and university rules and regulations Coordinate team travel, meet logistics, and administrative duties Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and support staff Engage in c...
