Job Summary: - The Vice President, Global Human Resources serves as a senior leader within the global HR function and a key partner to the SVP, Head of Global Human Resources. This role is responsible for developing and driving execution of ICANN’s global people strategy, ensuring alignment between organization priorities and HR delivery across regions and functions. - Operating as the SVP’s principal deputy, the VP will integrate HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and HR Operations into a cohesive, high-performing function and act as a unifying leader across a globally distributed HR function. The role combines strategic leadership and organizational design with operational rigor, ensuring that HR enables organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and execution of ICANN’s mission.
