About the Team The G&A Recruiting team partners with DoorDash’s corporate functions to build the talent that enables the company to operate, scale, and innovate. Within this, a growing area of focus is technical hiring across G&A, spanning Security Engineering, People Technology, and Global Support Systems. This role sits at the intersection of technical and non-technical recruiting, supporting some of the most critical but less traditional engineering functions at DoorDash. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we approach this hiring globally, partnering across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. About the Role: In this role, you will lead technical hiring across G&A functions, with a focus on Security Engineering, People Technology, and platform/GSS roles. While your core execution will be focused on DoorDash, you’ll also help drive alignment and consistency in how we approach this hiring across our international brands.
