Solid Power is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CoS) to join our talented team of engineers and scientists working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next‐generation, all solid‐state rechargeable batteries. Solid Power is a public company with a dynamic, fast‐paced, and highly collaborative environment where innovation thrives. The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO is a trusted strategic and operational partner who amplifies the CEO’s effectiveness and accelerates execution of enterprise priorities. Operating with high judgment and discretion, the CoS ensures that strategy, decisions, and communications translate into sustained action across the organization. This role functions as a force multiplier for the CEO—improving decision velocity, organizational alignment, and execution rigor in a complex public company environment. The CoS is not a functional executive, decision-maker, or spokesperson, but operates through influence, clarity, and deep trust with the CEO and executive leadership team.
