Senior Printing Test Technician

Job description

ICON is looking to add a Senior Printing Test Technician, Phoenix to ensure the efficient, compliant, and high-performance testing of ICON’s technology. Reporting to the Testing Lead, this role will oversee test preparation and execution, manage material and printer logistics, inventory, and reporting, and support troubleshooting, repairs, and part replacements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Test Execution and Leadership: - Ensure daily understanding of shift success criteria to meet test needs, schedule and budget requirements. - Coordinate the delivery and inventory of building materials to ensure the team is fully prepared for success. - Maintain clear and professional communication with team members under pressure and across the ICON organization. - Take ownership of steady machine or test rig operation and collaborate with ICON teams as necessary to address and resolve operational issues. - Oversee execution and coordination of all test build activities including foundation prep, top plate installation, shoring, and bond beams. - Work closely with other Senior Phoenix Testing Technicians to maintain operational efficiency. - Provide supervision and guidance to Phoenix Testing Technicians...
