Join our Canada Operations Excellence team! Position Responsibilities: Change Enablement & Communications Support Support the development and execution of internal change enablement and communications plans aligned with Canada Operations priorities. Translate business strategies, initiatives, and operational updates into clear and engaging communications for internal audiences. Assist in developing communication materials, presentations, talking points, and change artifacts that support organizational initiatives. Coordinate communications activities that support change adoption, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across initiatives by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners across Operations and internal communications teams. Support stakeholder engagement activities by helping coordinate updates, feedback collection, and communication deliverables.
