Overview Element Materials Technology Hartford is seeking a highly organized and proactive Master Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling activities across our NDT operations, including: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Etch, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI). This role is critical to ensuring customer commitments are translated into executable production schedules that optimize asset utilization, meet aerospace compliance requirements, and drive on-time delivery. Salary: $85,000.00/yr DOE: Responsibilities: Master Planning & Scheduling: - Develop and maintain the master production schedule across UT, Etch, FPI, and MPI departments. - Translate customer demand and contractual requirements into executable schedules. - Align work orders with approved tank assets and customer-specific approvals. - Manage scheduling for 18+3 UT tank assets (with 3 additional assets coming online in April). - Optimize capacity planning to maximize throughput and on-time delivery performance. - Proactively identify bottlenecks and reallocate resources as needed.
