Job Requisition ID # 26WD95961: Position Overview: Solution Engineering is the technical engine within Technical Advisory that transforms field-proven consulting intellectual property (IP) into scalable, hardened digital solutions delivered through the Tools & IP Registry and Workflow Advisory platform. The Manager – Solution Engineering leads a critical engineering function responsible for productizing consulting IP, scaling digital advisory capabilities, and enabling Technical Advisory’s transition from bespoke services to platform-driven, repeatable solutions. This role operates at an organizational leadership level, driving multi-year strategy, managing multiple workstreams and senior engineers/architects, and delivering measurable business impact through an OKR-based operating model. The M3 leader is accountable for execution excellence, technical direction, organizational health, and cross-functional alignment across Consulting, Sales, Product, Enterprise Customer Success, and Platform teams.
