THE ROLE: As a Software Systems Architect , you will serve as the technical visionary and bridge between complex global business needs and high-quality technical execution. Based in our Prague R&D, you will define the architectural roadmap for engineering teams across Prague and Santa Clara, transforming requirements from Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service into scalable, AWS-native solutions. Your mission is to elevate our engineering standards by architecting cutting-edge Agentic systems and intelligent orchestration layers. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive innovation, mentor a growing organization of 30+ developers, and ensure our internal platforms are resilient, secure, and future-proof.
