Working across the MITRACK 2.0, PCOCS, and Vessel Registry System workstreams, this role leads user research, UX/UI design, accessibility compliance, and supports development teams with design artifacts and technical guidance. Resources will embed in Agile delivery teams and participate in full sprint ceremonies.
