The Role: We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to bring analytical rigor to our product efforts. The role will help us measure performance, analyze visitor and subscriber behavior, and optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role will own data analytics architecture, reporting, forecasting models, user behavior analysis, and work cross-functionally to enhance our product and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for building and tracking KPIs across Morningstar Investor, Morningstar.com, and our broader suite of investor products, implementing analytics solutions, and driving insights that support strategic decision-making.
