The Senior Business Intelligence Requirements SME provides expert leadership and technical guidance supporting Navy ERP operations, NAVSEA business processes, and enterprise modernization initiatives , including the Navy’s transition to SAP S/4HANA . This role serves as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders by translating mission, financial, logistics, and program management requirements into actionable data products and decision-support solutions leveraging Advana, Jupiter, and SAP analytics capabilities . Candidates must meet the following experience qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and at least seven (7) years of relevant experience supporting Navy ERP implementations, sustainment, reporting, or analytics within the Department of the Navy (DON) environment.
