Description SUMMARY : Responsible for managing sales, staff training, and developing specific business plans; implementing account and Company procedures; bringing effective solutions for complex business issues; and possessing the ability to utilize effective techniques to stimulate sales growth for assigned accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead, manage, and supervise subordinate staff. Maintain direction and compliance with Company’s policies and applicable regulations/laws. COMPETENCIES : Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with demonstrated management, marketing, and organizational skills. - Develop and provide strategic leadership/input to staff. - Follow specific company guidelines regarding pricing structures related to specific customer accounts, with ability to understand and identify customer requirements. - Ability to explain and interpret Customer Marketing Agreement and other programs to customer and sales team.
