Agency Services is part of ING’s global COO Lending Services organization. The Amsterdam Agency Services team supports a wide range of deals originating from various industry sectors including but not exclusive to, Acquisition Finance, Real Estate Finance, Trade & Commodity Finance, Financial Institutions, Transportation & Logistics and Structed Export Finance. Our purpose is to be best in class within Agency Services globally and meet agreed Service Levels with our customers by collaborating within and across departments and teams and a drive to improve processes. Roles and responsibilities: A facility agent acts as the primary point of contact between the transaction parties within a club deal or syndicated loan, and is responsible for the prompt and clear communication between the borrower and lenders. The role is client facing, deadline driven, and requires a high level of accuracy and ownership. A facility agent will need to align with client, counsel, internal stakeholders, provide operational advice on the operability of the transaction, capture and maintain the deals in our systems, handle the flow of funds and provide ongoing transaction support. - You manage your own port...
