Inventory Specialist Application Deadline: 6 June 2026: Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Newburyport, MA: Compensation: $23.50 - $28.50 / hour Description: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant management of raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and packaging components at our Newburyport site. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow, supporting safe material handling, and ensuring inventory accuracy within our ERP system. The Inventory Specialist partners closely with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to maintain a reliable and well-controlled inventory environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Inventory Control & Accuracy: · Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in the ERP system · Perform daily cycle counts, root-cause discrepancies and implement corrective actions · Reconcile physical inventory with system records and support month-end and year-end inventory processes · Monitor shelf life, lot status, and storage requirements for chemical materials Material Handling & Warehouse Operations: · Receive, label, s...
