As a Sous Chef at the Tampa Convention Center, you’ll support exceptional dining experiences for conferences, galas, trade shows, and large‑scale events where precision, creativity, and teamwork are essential. Working with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you’ll help drive kitchen operations, support daily execution, and ensure every event is delivered with consistency, quality, and a strong commitment to hospitality.
