Students are guided through curriculum that helps shape inclusive, and equitable learning environments for children, families, and educators. Students who complete our program will have strengthened leadership practices focused in the areas of supervision, management, and professional development. The Early Childhood Leadership program seeks to support future leaders in driving systemic change across early childhood and varied school settings. Course Description: This course focuses on the roles and functions of the school leader in the spheres of curriculum and instruction. It covers the principles and processes that inform curriculum development and their impact on student learning.
