Operations Associate - NBT Insurance

Job description

Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.34 Under direct supervision, gains an understanding of the agency management system, insurance terms and coverages to effectively support and interact with agency personnel. Assists the department with the processing and coordination of incoming and outgoing mail; retrieves, scans and attaches documents to client files; reviews, maintains and validates agency management system data. Meets and adheres to department's established key performance metrics, service time, and quality standards. Works with colleagues in a team-based environment. Some degree of travel may be necessary. Education and Experience: - Associate degree and 1-year relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required - Property & Casualty Broker's license and/or Life, Accident, and Health license or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrated ability to effectively become proficient with the agency management system - Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, pay attention to detail and focus on quality - Effective reading comprehension skills - Ability to analyze data, resear...
