Job Title: US HSE Field Safety & Compliance Advisor Exemption Status: Exempt: Role Summary: The Field Safety & Compliance Advisor ensures the highest levels of operational safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across SkySpecs’ field activities. In this role, you will partner closely with Field Operations, Project Management and the HSEQ Manager to maintain compliance with OSHA standards and internal policies whilst driving a strong safety culture throughout the organization. As Field Safety & Compliance Advisor , you will: Compliance & Regulatory Oversight - Have oversight on field execution of company safety and operational policies - Ensure all SkySpecs personnel maintain the required HSE training, licenses, and certifications. - Collaborates with Field Services Manager on selection of PPE and other task related equipment. - Prepares/trains employees on the proper use of PPE and climb equipment - Maintains compliance of PPE inspections/replacement intervals Safety Performance & Incident Management: - Reviews incident reports and acts as the primary safety point of contact for initial incident notifications and investigation in NAM and other assigned regions. -...
