WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Serve as the first point of contact and trusted liaison for the Hardware Solutions team, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across the organization - Exercise judgment to assess, prioritize, and triage incoming event and deployment requests, evaluating complexity, risk, urgency, and business impact to determine the appropriate course of action - Make capacity-based decisions by evaluating team bandwidth, schedules, PTO, and workload to assign the right Production Manager to each request and balance workload across the team - Provide tailored, polished, and professional respons...
