St. Mary’s School, located in Annapolis, Maryland , is seeking a qualified full-time Assistant Principal for Academics for the 2026–2027 school year. The Assistant Principal for Academics (APA) is responsible for collaborating with the Principal in the overall implementation of the school’s academic programs. The APA oversees the implementation of the AOB curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and the desired outcomes of the Archdiocesan curriculum. The APA maintains and reviews student academic records and ensures that effective communication and partnerships are fostered with parents and students regarding academic progress and support. The APA works directly with faculty to promote and support exceptional instructional practices. The APA communicates with the Principal and teachers on all matters, especially those regarding academic policies, teacher supervision, and parental concerns.
