Position Purpose: The Manager – Automation & Enablement is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering low code and no code automation solutions that simplify Store Operations processes, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business processes and drive productivity gains across store operations teams. This role is responsible for driving Store Ops automation strategy execution, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and emerging low code / AI enabled tools. The manager proactively catalogs manual, error prone workflows involving hand offs, approvals, and repetitive tasks; assigns business value and priority; and leads cross functional alignment to automate those processes end to end. In addition to solution delivery, this role is responsible for executing governance practices, maintaining platform integrity, and driving continuous improvement — ensuring tools remain stable, scalable, secure, and aligned to Store Operations priorities while enabling others to build responsibly.
