Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Accountable for end-to-end management of cybersecurity and IT projects within an Agile framework, ensuring alignment with RMF and other compliance frameworks. - Manages IT project milestones and expectations - Creates functional and technical documentation - Ensures project disciplines are followed - Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources aspects of the project. - Serves as the primary liaison and point of escalation between the Contractor and Government entities, including issue resolution and contractual discussions. - Coordinates and leads Agile ceremonies and ensures effective communication with all stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative. - Ensures strict adherence to the contract's requirements, focusing on Agile compliance and alignment with organizational objectives. - Manages project deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting as per contract specifications.
