This is not a desk-only management role. This position owns field execution, team performance, job quality, and on-site customer experience. You will lead crews responding to water, fire, and biohazard losses while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to industry and insurance standards. If you are a strong production leader who knows how to drive urgency, enforce standards, and hold teams accountable — this is the role for you.
