Description Job Summary: This position is responsible for leading all production changeovers, focusing on effective and efficient sanitation of equipment and areas. Maintains and controls the organization of tools, supplies and equipment utilized for changeovers. Responsibilities of the Position: - Communicate safety as the number one priority for employees by encouraging safe work practices and immediately addressing safety concerns - Observe and implement safety corrections on assigned lines - Train employees to work in safe manner - Support multiple line changeovers to ensure proper cleaning is performed, staff are utilized efficiently, and appropriate departments are notified for support in a timely matter. - Train production leads, operators and crew on effective sanitation practices in a timely matter. - Train, manage, clean and troubleshoot sanitation equipment including but not limited to floor scrubber, COP tank, parts washer, dry steam, foamer, vacuums, etc. - Manage 6S and inventory of sanitation tools, line-specific tooling and equipment. - Adheres to CW’s Pathogen Procedures, including but not limited to Allergen Control and Facility Color Coding procedures. - Backfill...
