Job Summary: The Boutique Manager is responsible for driving top line sales and bottom line profit; achieving all company initiatives and leading and inspiring a team of Stylists to deliver extraordinary customer experiences that consistently exceeds overall sales and service expectations. The Boutique Manager will manage resources efficiently to drive business and maximize productivity meeting all standards of service, merchandising and operational execution.
