Responsibilities: Writing test cases to verify system requirements; Tracking and validating the Problem Change Report (PCR) corrective actions, in coordination with various engineering disciplines and teams; Carrying out validation tests, in coordination with customer representatives, during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at the program’s relevant site; Providing detail reporting of test results and briefing the Management Team and external Customer; Liaise with project management and Design Authorities to ensure that all TopSky deployment work is completed within timelines and to standards; Provide operational/functional support to end-users and internal engineering teams and resolving technical inquiries.
